Established in 1998, Odalys holiday has become in 15 years as a key player in the tourist accommodation market with more than 330 institutions in France, Spain and Italy welcoming each year more than 2 million tourists.

Most of the 115,000 beds managed by Odalys is owned by private investors, institutional investors or communities who have entrusted by commercial lease or money managing their heritage. Backed by the Duval Financial Group, which owns 75% of the Group's shares, Odalys was a sustained pace of development, particularly through external growth policy:

  • 2003 acquisition of the company HMC-Domaines du Soleil, very present in the Tarentaise
  • Acquisition in 2004 of Snow Tignes (250 apartments in Tignes)
  • 2007 acquisition of Open French Riviera (Saint-Aygulf, Golfe Juan and Antibes-Juan les Pins)

  • As and when it develops the Odalys group is structured around three business lines:

  • The filling facilities
  • The management of its operations
  • The administration of managed assets (SGIT Management)

This cross-business approach allows Odalys to ensure the fullest possible control of facilities it operates well and provide optimal service to its customers, while controlling the most of its operating expenses.

In parallel, Odalys has also developed new segments of the tourist accommodation: residential leisure parks Vitalys (mobile homes), the serviced apartments in the city center, residences located in historical buildings, cottages and luxury villas.

From the mobile home at the luxury villa, through residences, residential clubs, serviced apartments, hotels and hotels clubs, Odalys thus offers all tourist accommodation in forms the Hexagon and around the Mediterranean - Corsica, Spain, Sardinia and Italy.
