Hospitality innovation and
enterprise resource planning
A single database, one-time data entry and
total information security.
Rather than running separate systems and databases
for property management, central reservations and
customer relationship management, Maxxton delivers
an integrated, functional, stable and open enterprise
resource planning solution. The company's
flagship product Newyse provides complete management
functionality, tools and applications in a single
platform and database.
Streamlined - Fast
Why enterprise resource planning?
The challenge today is to determine the most
efficient and cost-effective means of accessing,
integrating and distributing corporate information
across the organization. At the same time, guests,
visitors and holidaymakers must be given the best
customer experience possible. This will help
increase repeat visits, positive recommendations and
ultimately create brand ambassadors.
Maxxton was the first company in Europe to launch a
fully integrated, cloud based enterprise
resource planning system specifically for
the hospitality industry. It facilitates faster and
less costly implementation, lowers overall IT costs,
enables you to easily exploit new technology and
takes your business into the online world.
Maxxton's solution also reduces pressure on internal
IT resources and optimizes operations by matching
the requirements of today and scaling your solution
into the future.
Driven by customer demand and industry trends,
Newyse is powered by advances in product
development, resulting in greater productivity and
more responsiveness for your business.
How it all began
Netherlands-based Jean Pierre
Mampaey began his career in hospitality at the
tender age of 14 working as a barrier attendant at
Roompot Beach Resort and Campsite. He then studied
to be a systems analyst and went on to become Chief
Operating Officer for two further resorts with
campsites and a marina.
In 1998 he established what was to become Europe's
premier consultancy for hospitality, leisure and
recreational lodging, employing a team of 15
first-rate specialists. In his role Mampaey
travelled extensively, all the time searching for
the best and most favorable business management
platform for complex holiday parks, resorts and
campsites. Finding nothing that matched his concept
of a single system resource, Mampaey deployed his
own accomplished IT skills and developed Newyse.
Today, Maxxton is the leading provider of
hospitality ERP software in Europe.
At the forefront of industry developments and
Maxxton's founder is also chairman of Recron:
an independent board in the Netherlands that
analyzes hospitality trends. Mampaey utilizes this
experience to the benefit of Maxxton's clients.
Newyse also enables information flow between
internal business functions and manages connections
with outside stakeholders (guests, tour operators,
lodging owners and so on).
The product is proven to cut costs, streamline
operations, increase efficiency, improve business
performance and boost occupancy targets.
Businesses that use Newyse enjoy meaningful business
